About Condesa Coffee

Condesa Coffee Grant Park brings Condesa's community coffee house to 1015 Boulevard SE, near the BeltLine Southside Trail and historic Grant Park. We serve Condesa's own house coffee line, eight signature coffees roasted for Condesa, as espresso drinks, pour-overs and drip coffee, with pastries and sandwiches to match. Since 2010, Condesa has been a gathering place for Atlanta neighbors, and this location carries that tradition south: a welcoming third space to work, meet and connect over a great cup. Stopped in for a quick coffee! Dylan and Blane were so amazing (sorry if I didn’t spell that correctly!) the build out looks great, so much attention to detail, great coffee, friendly staff, tight of the belt line! Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Couldn’t wait for this spot to open, and I was very satisfied with my first visit! I had the Lox Bagel and Mocha iced coffee. The vibes and playlist were good, staff were friendly and most importantly the bagel and coffee were amazing! I’m thrilled to have such a great addition to the neighborhood.

Love the Matcha here! It comes naturally unsweetened with a good matcha-to-milk ratio and they have a wide range of different milks (not just oat or cow milk) - which is absolutely above average - they also handcraft their own sirups! Mecca and Rea were super lovely and so attentive, highly recommend to stop by when walking the beltline or Grant Park :) Also lovely to meet you, Chris!

New coffee shop in the Grant Park area. Very beautiful and cozy coffee shop right off the belt line. I had the Expresso tonic and my husband had an Americano and both were delicious. Highly recommend you check it out. We got to meet the owners. They were very nice and welcoming. Small business owed.
